What is Ready to Stay?

'Ready to Stay' offers a streamlined process for hotel check-ins, connecting guests' digital profiles to the hotel's Property Management System (PMS). This solution goes beyond traditional check-ins by allowing guests to share additional information like dietary restrictions and accessibility needs, setting the stage for a tailored and seamless hotel stay.

How does it work?

  1. Remote Check-In: Guests check-in via the accommodation app or wallet, and receive a digital ID. This updates the hotel's PMS with their verified status.
  2. Personalisation: Guests can share preferences and special requirements, which are also updated in the PMS, allowing hotels to prepare for their stay in advance.
  3. Arrival: The guest proves that the information required for their stay has been shared, which can be done using various methods (QR code, NFC, biometrics, etc), depending on the hotel infrastructure and capabilities, and the guests’ preferences. 
  4. Seamless Interaction: Post check-in, guests can use their digital profile for various in-hotel services, enhancing the convenience and quality of their stay.
  5. Future Reservations: the system remembers guests' verified profiles and preferences, simplifying the booking and check-in process for future stays.
